$20,000 fine, joint and several, for conducting the business of insurance under names other than the insurance producer’s legal name, without registering the names in accordance with Chapter 19.80 RCW and notifying the Insurance Commissioner before using the assumed names, conducting insurance business using an unlicensed business entity, and misrepresenting insurance business and transactions to the Insurance Commissioner, the Licensees violated RCW 48.01.030, RCW 48.17.060(1), RCW 48.17.090(3), RCW 48.17.180, RCW 48.17.530(1)(b), RCW 48.17.530(1)(g), RCW 48.17.530(1)(h), and RCW 48.30.040, justifying the imposition of a fine and conditions for registration and notification of assumed trade names under RCW 48.17.063(4)(a), RCW 48.17.530, and RCW 48.17.560.
