Note: Set up the ventilation system so that the air intake draws clean air and not contaminates. CODE VIOLATIONS: 1. CO2 extinguisher does not replace oxygen. The CO2 displacer oxygen use can create an oxygen deficient space. 2. Shows employees exposed to falls of 4' or more while working on an open sided surface. In one case an employee is on a stepladder that is set up on an open sided surface with more than a 10' fall. 3. Retrieval system - rope rating not specified in video. Snap hooks need to be double action, as required under part C-1 chapter 296-155.
