01-14-2013 : CONTRACT STATUS: Contract 04106 will remain in place until 1/29/13. Begining on 1/30/13 contract 06212 will take effect as the new Variable Message Boards contract.

06-22-2012 :  The Dept. of Enterprise Services is considering the development of a replacement contract. 09-27-2010 :  EXTENSION: This contract has been extended with all vendors for a period of 2 years effective October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2012.
05-05-2010 :  EXTENSION: This contract is up for extension in September of 2010. CS has pulled the file for review and to solicit feedback from main contract users.
03-05-2010 :  CONTRACT EXTENSION:Contract being pulled for contract review and administrative actions required for possible contract extension. Soliciting CPE’s input from customers for contract analysis. CPE’s to be returned by March 26, 2010. analysis.
08-31-2009 :  The Current Contract Information has been revised to reflect a voluntary price adjustment (Decrease) for LiteSys Inc/ Intelicom, a 5% discount from contract price on purchase of 5 units or more (lead time is 30-45 days after receipt of order, the term and condition on contract) and a 10% discount on blanket order of 15 units or more (delivers must be completed within 6 months from the date of order), effective August 25, 2009. This contract period will cover August 25, 2009 through December 31, 2009.

Price adjustment (decrease) offer expires March 31, 2009. VENDOR HAS AGREED TO DELAY PRODUCTION ON MULTIPLE VARIABLE MESSAGE BOARD ORDERS AFTER JUNE 30, 2009.

12-30-2008 :  Update current contract information for a voluntary price adjustment (decrease) for vendor LiteSys Inc/ Intelicom, effective December 23, 2008.
11-04-2008 :  The purpose of this Current Contract Information (CCI) is to update Intelicom Inc. dba LiteSys Inc portion of the contract to update LiteReader® 1020F-4 and 1030F-4 Character Matrix to read LiteReader® 1020F-4 and 1030F-4 Full Matrix, effective November 11, 2008. All other terms, conditions, specifications and pricing will remain unchanged.
11-04-2008 :  ADMIN CHANGE: Intelicom dba LiteSys requested to update LiteReader® 1020F-4 and 1030F-4 Character Matrix to read LiteReader® 1020F-4 and 1030F-4 Full Matrix. Advised the primary stakeholder WSDOT, Joe Stinton he agreed with the suggested change. This change does not impact the specifications nor the pricing, awaiting contract amendment from Intelicom dba LiteSys.
08-25-2008 :  Revised Current Contract Information to update Office of State Procurement’s Contracts Specialist information.
07-23-2008 :  Updated Current Contract Information to extend contract #04106 for Variable Message Boards for the contractors Addco Inc., J&D Hydraulic and Repair Co. Inc., National Barricade Co., and Intelicom Inc. for 24 months, effective September 30, 2008. This contract period will cover September 30, 2008 through September 30, 2010. Voluntary price adjustment (Decrease) for J&D Hydraulic and Repair Co. Inc. on the Arrow Board Vehicle Mounted, 3 feet by 6 feet, model SYS3823672L and Truck Mounted LED Arrow Board sign. Time frame for the reduction is September 30, 2008 through September 30, 2009. Upon expiration of the time frame, the prices will revert back to the previous pricing. J&D Hydraulic and Repair Co. Inc. is offering to add polarity protection to the arrow board effective September 30, 2008, also have a field application survey for use by J&D Hydraulic and Repair Co. Inc. to improve SSI knowledge of service issues in the field, will subject bricks to detailed testing (including removal of the epoxy) of the circuit board if another unexplained failure occurs, and will offer a 24-month warranty on all new and existing arrow boards form date of purchase. Upgrade the 3-Line (2160) and Full Matrix (2161a) for National Barricade (Solar Tech) providing the latest technology, MegaTouch Screen Controller instead of the backlit keyboard. At no additional cost to the state of Washington. All other contract terms, conditions, discount percentage off and specifications will remain unchanged.
05-07-2008 :  The current contract information was updated to include the Addition of Information Station Specialists RoadRunnR Portable Advisory Radio System to J&D’s Hydraulic and Repair Co. Inc portion of contract.
03-13-2008 :  Contract is due to expire September 30, 2008 and has four years left for extension. Vendor Report Cards send to Office of State Procurement Broadcast and to DOT with response date of April 30, 2008.
02-29-2008 :  The Current Contract Information has been revised to update the Office of State Procurement’s Contracts Specialist information.
02-27-2008 :  The Current Term expires on on 9/30/08. The Contract has two 2-year terms available. The Contract Specialist is will solicit Vendor Feedback in March 2008.
01-09-2008 :  The Contract Specialist received a response from National Barricade on 12/28/2007 regarding the items addition. The Contract Specialist contacted WSDOT and they approved the proposed rates and products. An Amendment was sent to National Barricade on 1/7/08. National Barricade responded via email on 1/7/08. The Amendment, Memo to File and CCI were sent to Dale Colbert for supervisory approval on 1/9/08.
12-10-2007 :
