Microsoft IT Academy   Provides digital curriculum and certifications on fundamental technology skills—as well as courses critical for students to be successful in today's technologically evolving world. Available through participating local public, community college, or tribal libraries, the Washington Microsoft IT Academy provides free access to a wide range of Microsoft online courses and learning resources to help bridge the skills gap.
GCFLearnFree.org®   Online learning opportunities for anyone who wants to improve their literacy, math and technology skills to be successful in work and life. Over 750 lessons and 250 videos. Online classes designed to introduce you to new software or give you a refresher on software you have previously used. Learn on your own time and at your own pace. All classes are completely free and will earn you accredited Continuing Education Units and a Certificate of Completion.
KeyTrain   Brush up or increase your skills in reading, math, job seeking and business etiquette skills with KeyTrain online lessons. Work on the lessons at home or at the WorkSource center. All you need is a computer with Internet access. Contact a local WorkSource Center to get signed up for KeyTrain.

 Training Benefits
Worker Retraining   If you’re unemployed and want to train for a new career or improve your skills, the Worker Retraining Program may help you pay for tuition and related expenses. Find a participating school to learn more.
Training Benefits Video   Learn about the Training Benefits program which offers additional weeks of unemployment benefits so eligible claimants can train for careers in a high-demand field.

WIA Workforce Development Councils (WDC)   Workforce Development Councils are responsible for implementation of the Workforce Investment Act, providing workforce development planning and coordination between education, training and employment efforts in their communities.
 Eligible Training Providers
Career Bridge   Career Bridge is the Web site for Washington state's Eligible Training Provider (ETP) list. The ETP List ensures that certain performance standards are met for programs receiving federal workforce funding under the Workforce Investment Act. Career Bridge matches each job with education and training programs offered throughout the state. Future students can see at a glance the cost of tuition, books and other fees, the location and length of training, entrance requirements and more, as they consider pursuing a particular career path.
