Employer - Report Imposter Fraud

Fraud includes false claims filed with stolen personal information, also known as imposter fraud. This includes fake websites designed to steal personal information. Employment Security does not request sensitive information outside of their official, secure website. Any site that requests confidential information should be treated with suspicion.

If you suspect that your employee’s personal information has been obtained in this way and used by someone else to claim unemployment benefits, please complete and submit the secure form below with your business information and upload the Benefit Fraud Employer Reporting Template with your employee’s information.

Your employees can also report this on their own using the Benefit Fraud Report.
