Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages (QCEW)
A Federal Bureau of Labor Statistics program that publishes data reported by employers about employment and wages for workers covered by state unemployment insurance laws and for federal workers covered by the Unemployment Compensation for Federal Employees Program. (www.bls.gov/cew) This data covers 98 percent of U.S. jobs, available at the county, metropolitan statistical area, state and national levels by industry.
