Description This document contains analytical methods for analyzing Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH) for compliance with the Washington Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA), WAC 173-340. Some of these methods may also be used for TPH in Oregon (check with the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality for specific requirements).
NOTES: Appendix 6, Chromatograms of Petroleum Products, was previously available only in the hardcopy version of this publication; was added as a scanned supplemental in June 2013.
