|Description||The Department of Ecology (Ecology) is amending Chapter 173-334 WAC; Children’s Safe Products - Reporting Rule. The Administrative Procedures Act; RCW 34.05.328(1)(d)(e)) requires two types of analyses before adopting a significant legislative rule – a cost-benefit analysis and a least burdensome alternative analysis. This report provides the results of these analyses and shows the potential impacts associated with the adopted rule.|
