|Description||The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) is proposing to adopt a new chapter called the Children’s Safe Products – Reporting Rule (Chapter 173-334 WAC). The Administrative Procedures Act (RCW 34.05.328(d)(e)) requires two types of analyses before adopting a significant legislative rule – a cost-benefit analysis and a least burdensome alternative analysis. This report provides the results of these analyses and shows the potential impacts associated with the proposed rule.|
