|Description||The report summarizes the predicted water quality conditions in the Spokane River system under different loading conditions using the hydrodynamic and water quality computer model CEQUALW2 developed for the project. In addition, the report provides an assessment of the historical water quality data for the river system and existing phosphorus TMDL for Lake Spokane.|
