|Description||Lake Whatcom is listed on the Washington State 303(d) list of waterbodies not attaining water quality criterion for dissolved oxygen. This Quality Assurance Project Plan describes the technical study and water quality model development that will be used to evaluate dissolved oxygen concentrations and related parameters in Lake Whatcom. The results of the study will be used to establish TMDLs for substances that either directly or indirectly affect dissolved oxygen concentrations in the lake.|
