Description This document describes Washington State Department of Ecology's Freshwater Ambient Biological Assessment Program. Outlined within the document is: 1) the sampling design, 2) the site selection process, 3) field implementation, 4) laboratory processing of data, and 5) analysis and interpretation of data that will be used in conducting this program. The document also includes all of the elements necessary to serve as a Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) to guide the project.
