Author(s) Hazardous Waste and Toxics Reduction Program
Description Sometimes you may discover or generate solid waste that can only be designated through sampling and laboratory analysis. Unknown waste awaiting designation is also called “waste pending analysis.” To protect human health and the environment, this waste must be properly managed while you wait for sampling results. This applies to anyone who generates or discovers solid waste on their site.
REQUEST A COPY The mission of the Department of Ecology is to protect, preserve, and enhance Washington’s environment. To help us meet that goal, please consider the environment before you print or request a copy.
