Description This Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (FSEIS) will be used to support any Ecology proposal to modify or reissue the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permits for the management of noxious weeds, algae and nutrients in and around waters of the State of Washington. This FSEIS analyzes the potential environmental impacts of eight new chemicals, updates information on the fifteen pesticides currently allowed for use and provides a review and update of five alternative actions.
