Description Jacobson Terminals Marine (Site) is located at 5350 30th Avenue NW in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. Investigation and cleanup of contamination at this Site has been ongoing by the property owner; however, a thorough characterization and cleanup plan for the Site has not been completed. The purpose of the current activities is to adequately characterize the Site, propose remedial action for remaining contamination, and provide preliminary documentation to assist in the planning and management of future cleanup efforts.
