|Description||If the phase out of copper antifouling paint is allowed to continue as directed under current law, we conclude that additional monitoring and testing will be needed to investigate the impacts of non-copper biocides. Based on the findings of further research, regulatory or legislative action may be needed to address any emerging concerns.|
