Description This is an addendum to the Quality Assurance Project Plan: Product Testing Program Version 1.0. In this study, data reported into the Children’s Safe Product Act (CSPA) Manufacturer Reporting Database will used to prioritize chemicals and product-components for laboratory testing. Product-component results will then be used for enforcement of the CSPA Rule (Chapter 173-334 Washington Administrative Code (WAC)), by which manufacturers are required to report to Ecology if a product contains a chemical of high concern to children.
REQUEST A COPY The mission of the Department of Ecology is to protect, preserve, and enhance Washington’s environment. To help us meet that goal, please consider the environment before you print or request a copy.
