Description The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) is proposing to modify a 2010 facility permit issued to Burlington Environmental, LLC. (Burlington). Burlington is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PSC Environmental Services, LLC. (PSC). The facility is located at 734 South Lucile Street in South Seattle. The facility and site are referred to as PSC-Georgetown.
