[TSD ID# D-1-2] Located north of N Reactor, it received up to 4.3 million gallons per day of contaminated liquids from 1963 to 1985. It received cooling water and dangerous waste from laboratories and spills at N Reactor. Most of the contaminated waste has been removed and the area backfilled with clean soil. Groundwater below the site is contaminated, which will require long-term monitoring.
