Abstract:

Estimated flow points on streams and rivers likely to qualify as "shorelines of the state" as defined in Chapter 90.58.030 RCW. Jurisdiction begins where stream flow exceeeds 20 cubic feet per second mean annual flow (cfsmaf).

Purpose:

For use by local governments when they update their shoreline master programs.

Supplemental_Information:

The flow points were compiled primarily by the US Geolologal Survey (USGS) for Ecology and published in three USGS water resources investigation reports numbered 96-4208, 98-4160, and 03-4042. See also Chapter 173-18-044 WAC.
