Station description

Nason Creek drains 69,000 acres from the Cascade Crest near Stevens Pass and joins the Wenatchee River just below Lake Wenatchee at RM 53.6. Spring Chinook, steelhead, sockeye and bull trout spawn and rrear in the Nason creek watershed. Land use is mixed with timber harvest, road development, rural residential, and high recreational uses. This site is also a TMDL water quality monitoring site.
