Sign Language Interpreter Services Request for Emergency or Crucial Events - in person only

This request is for in person sign language interpreter services for emergency/critical or crucial appointments. Emergency/critical appointments require service within seven days or less of the contractor receiving the request.

This request is associated with the DSHS contract terms, conditions and Sign Language Interpreter rates. 

 Requestors must be authorized to use this contract. Currently DCYF and ALTSA (APS, HCS, RCS, ODHH) are the only authorized requestors. 

DCYF staff should view DCYF- ASD – ADA Accessibility SharePoint site for access codes.
