To read information or to search the data from the home page click on a topic from the one of the three boxes—Environmental Exposure,
Health Outcomes, or Community.
The secure access tab provides access to secure data known as the Community Health Assessment Tool (CHAT.)
Public health professionals who have signed non-disclosure agreements and have been issued a user ID and password can access this data.
On the top of each of page are three larger tabs with drop-down menus giving you the option to locate information by topic,
explore additional resources, or find out what new information we have added to the website.
Smaller tabs on the top right of the home page take users to the portal’s help section, definitions of terms, frequently asked questions (FAQs),
Users can return to the main page of the portal at any time by clicking on the WTN home button in the upper right corner of the header or
the WTN home button on the left-hand side of the footer.
