Dec 4 2017 6:30PM Over the last few thousand years the smallest child has understood the difference between a boy and a girl. The DNA between the two genders is distinctly different. The genitals of the genders are different. Even the animal kingdom is able to distinguish between male and female. It is sheer insanity to consider such an option, not to mention the additional taxpayer expense. Our mental healthcare funding in this State is suffering and the mentally ill have quite obviously made their way into government institutions. Come on, really?
