CN TA request

This form is used to request a Technical Assistance (TA) meeting with the Certificate of Need (CN) program.

TA meetings provide applicants with guidance on submitting applications, understanding CN regulations, and navigating the review process.

These meetings are scheduled:

On a first-come, first-served basis
On Tuesdays and Thursdays between 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (PT)
For up to one hour. Exceptions to this timeframe are rare.

Note:

TA meetings provide general guidance on CN applications, statutes, regulations, and processes.
They do not constitute legally binding decisions.
To obtain a legally binding determination, you must submit an official Certificate of Need (CN) application or a Determination of Reviewability (DOR) request, along with any applicable fees.

The information you provide may be subject to public disclosure in accordance with Revised Code of Washington RCW 42.45, the Public Records Act.
