Oyster Reporting

What Must Be Reported
Companies must report all oysters they harvest, or purchase from a licensed harvester (HA). Report the quantity of oysters in dozens that were sold as shellstock or post-harvest processed. Shucked oysters are reported in gallons. Each growing area is reported separately using this form.

What Shouldn't Be Reported
Oysters purchased from another dealer (shellstock-shipper or shucker-packer) shouldn't be reported.
