All applicants for a Washington State occupational therapy license must take the following jurisprudence exam. This is an open-book exam and the passing score is 100 percent. If you have not received your pending license number, you can still take the exam by adding zeros to that field. Please ensure that your name is accurate so that your results can be added to the correct file. This examination may be taken using the reference materials provided and requires 100% correct answers for successful completion. The references will open in a separate browser window from the exam. Our credentialing office will receive notification when you successfully complete the exam. You can print the results page at the end to keep for your records.
