MMRP Recommendation Implementation Form

The Washington State Perinatal Collaborative (WSPC) wants to hear from you about how you implement, or plan to implement, Washington State Maternal Mortality Review Panel (MMRP) recommendations. If you want to share your work with us, please complete this form. If you are implementing multiple recommendations you only need to submit one form.

The MMRP reviews deaths of Washington residents during pregnancy through one year postpartum and determines which deaths were pregnancy-related and preventable. From these deaths, the Panel makes recommendations to prevent similar situations from happening again. Every three years, the MMRP and DOH prioritize recommendations for a report to the state legislature. This report includes recommendations for providers, facilities, agencies, organizations, communities, and the Department of Health.
