Denturist Jurisprudence Exam

All applicants for a Washington State Denturist License must take and pass the following exam with a score of 100%.

Our credentialing office will receive notification when you successfully complete the exam.

Once you have successfully completed the exam, print or take a screen shot of the completion page at the end of the exam and submit it with your application.

NOTE: Your certificate of completion will not be retained. You must print the certificate or take a screen shot before you close the window and exit the exam.
