Action:
Allows one additional day of salmon fishing in Marine Areas 3 and 4 from what is shown in the pamphlet.

Reason for action:
This Emergency rule is needed to stay consistent with the original intent of the Pacific Fisheries Management Council by allowing Marine Areas 3 and 4 to stay open through September 19. This is one additional day of salmon fishing from what is shown in the fishing pamphlet.
