FISHING RULE CHANGE

Effective date:
March 1, 2010 until further notice.
Species affected:
All clams and oysters.
Location:
Penrose Point State Park. The park is located in Pierce County on Carr Inlet.
Reason for action:
Surveys indicate that the shellfish population will not support a recreational season in 2010.
