Action:
Open Patterson Lake (Winthrop) to fishing
Effective dates:
Jan. 1, 2008 through April 30, 2008
Species affected:
All gamefish, except bull trout
Location:
Patterson Lake, located west of the town of Winthrop in Okanogan
County
Reason for action:
This winter season is to take advantage of an abundant yellow perch population, which is beginning to compromise the trout fishery in Patterson Lake.
Other Information:
Standard gear and daily limit rules are in effect, anglers should consult the latest pamphlet for individual species daily limits.
Note:
Patterson Lake is closed to fishing for and retention of bull trout.
