Action:
Open recreational fishing for halibut in Marine Areas 3 and 4 shoreward of a line approximating 30 fathoms from the Bonilla-Tatoosh line south to the Queets River on Sept.1, 2007.
Effective date:
Open 12:01 a.m. through 11:59 p.m., Saturday Sept.1, 2007.

Pacific Halibut

Marine Areas 3 and 4 shoreward of a line approximating 30 fathoms from the Bonilla-Tatoosh line south to the Queets River as described by the following coordinates:

Reason for action:
This rule conforms to federal action taken by Pacific Fisheries Management Council. There is sufficient recreational quota to provide an additional fishing day.
