Close to fishing those waters of the Cowlitz River within a 100 foot radius of the new Cowlitz Trout Hatchery outfall structure

Reasons for action:
.The new Cowlitz Trout Hatchery outfall structure serves to release large numbers of hatchery smolts and will also be used to trap hatchery adult broodstock. To conserve these fish, an emergency fishing closure is needed around this recently completed structure.
Other information:
The new outfall structure at the Cowlitz Trout Hatchery is part of the hatchery facility improvements being completed by Tacoma Power.
