Marine Area 4 recreational salmon season to close

Action: Closes salmon fisheries in Marine Area 4

Effective date: August 8, 2020

Species affected: Salmon

Location: Marine Area 4

Additional information: The recreational coho catch quota for Marine Area 4 is expected to be achieved by the end of the day on Aug. 7.

Other coastal Marine Areas 2 and 3 will remain open until quotas are reached or through Sept. 30. Please refer to the WDFW emergency rules webpage at https: //fortress.wa.gov/dfw/erules/efishrules/ for up to date in-season changes for individual Marine Areas.
