Action:
. Rescinds the sturgeon retention fishery scheduled for Sat. June 17.
Effective dates:
Immediately until further notice.
Species affected:
White sturgeon
Location:
The Columbia River from Buoy 10 upstream to the Wauna Powerlines
Reason for action:
The harvest guideline of 3,000 fish has been reached.
Other information:
Catch-and-release fishing for sturgeon will continue to be allowed.
