Effective date: Sunday, June 13, 2004, at 3 p.m.

Species affected: All shrimp species.

Location: All waters of the Port Angeles Shrimp District in Marine Area 6.

Reason for action: The recreational share of spot shrimp has been reached in the area closed under this rule.

Other information: Discovery Bay Shrimp District and the remainder of Marine Area 6 remains open for shrimp fishing.
