FISHING RULE CHANGE

Action:
Fishing for hatchery steelhead to remain open from the mouth upstream to the falls on Rock Creek in Skamania County. The falls are located at approximately river mile 1.
Effective date:
Nov. 1, 2014, until further notice.
Location:
Rock Creek is located in the town of Stevenson in Skamania County.
Reason for action:
20,000 hatchery winter steelhead smolts were planted into Rock Creek in the spring of 2013. These fish will provide a sport fishery there this winter.
Other Information:
Daily limit 2 hatchery steelhead. Columbia River Salmon/Steelhead Endorsement and barbless hooks required.
