FISHING RULE CHANGE

Action:
Anglers on the Klickitat River from the Fisher Hill Bridge downstream will be limited to fishing from one hour before official sunrise to one hour after official sunset.
Species affected:
All species
Effective dates:
Oct. 29, 2011 through Jan.31, 2012
Location:
Klickitat River from mouth to the Fisher Hill Bridge (located about 3 miles upstream from the mouth).
Reason for action:
Large numbers of coho are staging in this area, and a
a night closure is needed to help maintain an orderly fishery.
Other information:
Anti-snagging rule will remain in effect.
