Action:
Up to two adult chinook may be retained as part of the salmon daily limit at Buoy 10 beginning this Friday
Effective dates:
Sept. 16 through Dec. 31, 2011

Chinook salmon
Location:
From a true north and south line through Buoy 10 to a line projected from Rocky Point on the Washington shore through Red Buoy 44 to the navigation light at Tongue Point on the Oregon shore
Other Information:
Through Sept. 30, the daily limit is 2 salmon or hatchery steelhead or one of each. minimum size is 24" for chinook and 16" for coho. Release all salmon other than chinook and hatchery coho.
Beginning Oct. 1, permanent rules will be in effect.
Reason for action:
Fall Chinook remain available for harvest in recreational fisheries downstream of Bonneville Dam.
