| To request assistance clients will need to call into an appointment message phone line. The message line phone number is 509-685-6161 or toll free 866-260-2729. The phone line will be open on December 1, 2020 at 5 pm, April 1, 2021 at 5 pm, and July 1, 2021 at 5 pm.
There is also an online appointment request option at www.ruralresources.org. The online request will be open on October 1, 2020 at 11 am, February 1, 2021 at 5 pm, and May 1, 2021 at 11 am.
Emergency funding may be available if you have a past due notice or less than a 10 day supply of your heat source. Call 509-685-6000 to see what is available due to limited funding.
