NW Law Enforcement Command College, Course #4320

Sponsored by the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission and the Federal Bureau of Investigation


The Northwest Law Enforcement Command College will provide law enforcement executives and top management personnel with information concerning recent developments and emerging issues in areas that influence law enforcement policies and practices. Topics have included Workplace Civility, Media Relations, Leading Change,  Leadership Challenge,  Multi-Dimensional Leadership, Organizational Alignment, and Lessons Learned from High Profile Cases. The purpose of Command College is to assist law enforcement leadership personnel in preparing for challenges that will confront their agencies in the near future, special emphasis will be placed on developments and trends affecting Washington and the Pacific Northwest. Throughout this event, attendees will be encouraged to network and share their experiences. The facilitators for Command College will consist of a wide range of experts including instructors from the F.B.I. Academy.
