LMS Online Registration
REMINDER: Annual Crisis Intervention Online Refresher Due Date The due date for the Annual Crisis Intervention Online Refresher is December 31, 2018. In order to be in compliance with RCW 43.101.427 complete the training before the due date. This mandate includes all Certified Peace Officers and Reserve Peace Officers in Washington State.
The WSCJTC is now using the WSCJTC Learning Management System (LMS) for online registrations for Advanced Training (Post-Academy) and the Telecommunicator Program. Agency pre-designated personnel (Training Officers) are able to access the web-based system and register students for classes.

Please Note: At this time, online registration is not available for new BLEA or Corrections Academy students. Please continue to contact BLEA and the Corrections Division when enrolling new students into WSCJTC.
LMS Frequently Asked Questions
Law enforcement agencies in Washington State are required by RCW 43.101.135 to notify the WSCJTC of all certified peace officers hired and separated from their agency. If the required form has not been received by both the separating and hiring agency, the WSCJTC will not move them between agencies.
As stated above, in order for the WSCJTC to remove a certified peace officer from your agency you must submit a Notice of Officer Separation. Once that is received by the WSCJTC, they will be removed from your agency in LMS.
Law enforcement agencies in Washington State are not required to notify the WSCJTC of all hires and separations of non-certified peace officers or other employees.
