How long does it take to receive the login and password?
Please allow 5 working days for activation from the time WSCJTC receives your registration form.
What happens if I forget my login or password?
On the front page of the eLearning site, click the “Forgot your password?” link near the bottom. This will take you to a window where you will need to type in your email address. Once submitted, a new temporary password will be sent to you via email, which you can then use to log back into the system. Once you login, you can change your password to another one that you select.
How is the training delivered?

How do I receive credit?
Credit is given upon the completion of an eLearning session. Each session will count as seven minutes of training, regardless of how long it may take you to complete the course.
Who records the completion of the WSCJTC course?
The WSCJTC will maintain records of course completions based on the following: Each completed session will count as seven minutes of training. Each time 34 eLearning sessions are completed a record will automatically be generated as 4-hours of training and will be entered on the officer’s state training record. The entry will reflect the course number 9500, and the course title will be “In-Service eLearning”.
How do I get a copy of my training record?
You may request a copy of your training record by submitting a Public Disclosure Request. Please view our Public Disclosure page for more information and forms.
