Since Implementation in July, 2001, over 400,000 men and women have successfully enrolled in this program and accessed family planning services
Eligible persons receive family planning services to help them plan; if or when to have children, and the timing and spacing of pregnancies.
Client may apply to receive family planning services at any TAKE CHARGE provider listed in the Provider Directory.
Current enrollees are encouraged to reapply for another year of family planning services at the TAKE CHARGE provider of their choice.
