What is a Numbered Memorandum?
A Numbered Memorandum is a periodic update to billing information - usually accompanied by billing instruction replacement pages for current billing instructions.  Numbered memoranda can be identified by their assigned numbers.  Year of publication followed by document number for that year (example:  07-01, 06-121, 05-34).

Please Note:  Make sure the numbered memorandum you are viewing has not been superseded by a more current document.  You should be able to tell if it has been superseded by looking in the "Status" column on our page.  If the word "Superseded" in the "Status" column next to the numbered memorandum you are about to click on, then that particular numbered memorandum has been superseded by another document.  Look in the "Description" column to find out which document superseded the numbered memorandum.
