How your children will get care 

After your children are on SCHIP, you will need to decide how they will get health care.  The way your children get their health care depends on what is available in your county.  You will receive a Healthy Options packet in the mail to help you decide how your children will get health care. You need to fill out the enrollment form in the Healthy Options packet as soon as you receive it. There is more information on the types of health care coverage on page 4 of this guide.
