Request for Proposal
Following is the request for proposal for replacing
DSHS' Medicaid Management Information System. This project
now referred to as the ProviderOne project.
Vendor Information
The State of Washington, Department of Social and Health
Services (DSHS) is replacing the existing Medicaid Management Information
System. The RFP used for this replacement can be downloaded
below:

Minimum Bidder Qualifications:
To respond to the RFP, prospective bidders must meet the
minimum qualifications outlined in the RFP as follows:
- Bidder must have experience implementing large claims
processing systems, and must identify and describe at least one
(1) system that meets this requirement.
- Bidder’s proposed key staff must have experience implementing
an MMIS. Identify the staff person(s), their role(s) in
implementing an MMIS, and the state(s) where it was implemented.
- Bidder must transfer an MMIS from another state and modify it
to meet Washington specific requirements.
