ProviderOne Countdown

Our agency’s mission is to provide access to quality care for Washington’s most vulnerable residents  while managing public resources in a prudent and sustainable manner.  In the coming years, DSHS will be working with you to bring a modern, more efficient payment processing system into operation for a broad range of health care and social services. The new system is named ProviderOne.

DSHS is producing the following newsletter to help prepare providers for ProviderOne. In the coming months, the ProviderOne Countdown will cover topics including how to:

  • Remain an enrolled and payable provider;

  • Verify a client is eligible for services;

  • Ensure a service is covered;

  • Bill DSHS in ProviderOne; and

  • Reconcile DSHS payments.
