ABCD Dental
The Access to Baby and Child Dentistry (ABCD) program is an initiative to increase access to dental services for Medicaid eligible infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. ABCD children are entitled to the full scope of care as described in the HRSA Dental Billing Instructions. These ABCD Billing Instructions identify those specific services that are eligible for higher reimbursement.
